By accessing glitchexecutor.com you agree to these Terms. This page covers only the portfolio site itself — each sub-brand (Glitch Trade, Glitch Edge, Glitch Grow) ships its own product-specific Terms covering subscription fees, API usage, data processing, and dispute resolution for that product.

6. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of this site shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by ADR Institute of Canada, Inc., seated in Toronto, Ontario, by a single arbitrator, in English. Nothing overrides non-waivable consumer rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or equivalent applicable law.
